A cryptocurrency wallet linked to the well-known trader Garrett Jin recently transferred 6,318 Bitcoins, valued at approximately $425 million, to Binance within a short time frame. This move is part of a series of significant transactions that have caught the attention of blockchain analysts, as reported by Arkham Intelligence.
Earlier today, the same wallet sent around $336 million worth of Bitcoin to Binance. Altogether, these transfers amount to 11,318 Bitcoins with a combined value near $761 million now moved into the crypto exchange.
Garrett Jin—also known by his alias Garrett Bullish—is a pseudonymous trader who formerly held the position of CEO at the now-defunct BitForex exchange. He gained recognition for his trading strategies, notably executing an enormous Bitcoin short position just minutes before a major market downturn triggered by former President Trump’s tariff announcement in October.
Currently, Jin’s wallet still holds over 9,300 Bitcoins valued at about $627 million and more than 548,000 Ether tokens worth upwards of $1 billion.
