This announcement coincided with a recovery in Bitcoin’s value after it had dipped below $66,500. At the time of reporting, the cryptocurrency was trading around $68,500, reflecting a 7% increase over the past week according to CoinGecko data.

Under Saylor’s guidance, Strategy has integrated Bitcoin as a fundamental element of its business strategy. The software company stands out as the largest corporate holder of Bitcoin worldwide.

After recently revealing its purchase of 3,015 $BTC, Strategy now possesses a total of 720,737 $BTC, valued at approximately $49 billion.

Saylor has become one of the leading proponents for businesses embracing this decentralized digital currency. His public support is believed to have motivated other significant companies like Tesla to incorporate Bitcoin into their financial portfolios.
