Metaplanet has successfully completed its global share offering, marking a substantial enhancement to its fundraising strategy. The organization broadened the scope of the underwritten agreement from 180 million to an impressive 385 million shares, culminating in a total capital raise of ¥205 billion (Japanese yen), which is approximately $1.4 billion.
