Cardone Capital is making a strategic move by investing $10 million in Bitcoin, according to a statement released by founder and CEO Grant Cardone on Monday.
The company is enhancing its innovative hybrid investment approach that merges real estate holdings with cryptocurrency assets.
Grant Cardone shared on social media: “CardoneCapital is injecting an additional $10M into BTC as part of our real estate and crypto hybrid strategy. We are committed long-term holders of top-tier institutional real estate alongside Bitcoin.”
This decision broadens the firm’s diversified portfolio, which integrates traditional property investments with digital currency exposure.
The timing coincides with recent volatility in Bitcoin’s market value. The cryptocurrency dropped from over $95,000 to under $92,000 last Sunday amid geopolitical tensions involving the US and several European nations related to Greenland.
At the time of reporting, Bitcoin was priced at approximately $93,184, reflecting a 2% decline within the previous 24 hours as per CoinGecko data.
Cardone has consistently capitalized on market downturns by purchasing Bitcoin when prices dip below average levels. His company’s strategy focuses on blending real estate assets with cryptocurrency investments to achieve enhanced financial returns over time.
