Grant Cardone, a prominent name in the real estate sector, has unveiled a groundbreaking shift in his investment approach, declaring that he is now fully committed to Bitcoin.

Cardone has devised an innovative hybrid strategy that merges real estate holdings with Bitcoin investments. His ambitious target is to amass 10,000 $BTC.

The sales expert and property mogul shared insights into his cryptocurrency strategies during a podcast discussion. By integrating conventional real estate ventures with the expansive opportunities presented by digital currencies, Cardone asserts that this strategy forms a “protective barrier” against replication by major Wall Street firms.

Central to Cardone’s methodology is an intriguing mathematical concept. When he acquires properties at below market value (for instance, purchasing a $1 billion asset for $700 million), he reinvests the savings directly into Bitcoin. He elaborates, “While typical real estate investors might buy low and hold onto their properties passively, I take those savings and channel them into Bitcoin. This allows me to own both tangible assets generating cash flow and digital assets poised for exponential growth.”

Furthermore, Cardone criticized various companies focused solely on holding $BTC, labeling them as part of a bubble phenomenon. He emphasized that since $BTC does not yield interest on its own, his model compensates for this through rental income from real estate: “You can’t rely solely on $BTC. There must be cash flow or business operations backing it.”

A noteworthy observation from Cardone was that around 80% of approximately 1,600 investors who participated in this hybrid model via Cardone Capital had never previously owned any Bitcoin. This indicates these individuals were not necessarily crypto enthusiasts but rather traditional property investors looking for consistent cash flow.

Currently possessing several thousand Bitcoins within his portfolio, Cardone expressed his short-term ambition of reaching 10,000 Bitcoins—and hinted at potentially raising this goal to 20 or even 50 thousand once achieved. He mentioned that fluctuations in the price of $BTC do not intimidate him; instead they simplify reaching his objectives while noting: “This journey spans over the long term—7 to 10 years.”
